- Day 1 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Full-Day Game Drive
Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your Arusha hotel. After a short safari briefing from your Chipmunk Expeditions guide, you take a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for:
- Massive herds of elephants
- Towering baobab trees
- Huge gatherings of wildlife during the dry season
- Lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, leopards & more
Upon entering the park, your full-day game drive begins. Tarangire’s vast plains and river valleys offer incredible animal sightings throughout the day.
Lunch with a View
Enjoy a delicious picnic overlooking the Tarangire River, where animals gather to drink—perfect for photos and relaxation.
Evening Transfer to Karatu
After your game drive, head to Karatu, a green highland town near Ngorongoro.

- Day 2 - Ngorongoro Crater – Full-Day Safari Adventure
After breakfast, drive toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s greatest natural wonders. The views from the rim are unforgettable as you descend 600 meters into a wildlife paradise.
