- Day Day 1 - Arusha -TarangireDay 1 :Arusha – Tarangire Pick up from your Arusha Airport and drive to Tarangire National Park; enjoy full day game drive with picnic lunch. The park consists of natural vegetation mainly of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African National Park is also home to three rare species of animals – the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings. - Day Day 2 - Ngorongoro Crater TourDay 2: Ngorongoro Crater Tour Early in the morning you drive to Ngorongoro Caldera passing in vast of highland forest while head down the forested slopes into the crater on a steep and narrow path. The crater floor is covered in open grassland with the occasional acacia tree and two small wooded areas. Teaming with wildlife, you will be able to see many animals in a short period of time and might even be able to tick the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard – off your list. Other animals present in the crater area include wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, warthogs, hippos and more than 500 species of birds. - Day Day 3 - Lake Manyara National Park -ArushaDay 3: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha Pickup from your hotel at 8am and drive for 30 minutes to start a beautiful journey across the Great Rift Valley for a full day game drive. Although small in dimension (205 sq. miles), the park has breathtaking scenery and well famous for its lush acacia forest, giant figs and mahogany trees, as well as to a growing population of baboons and blue monkeys. Permanent residents of this park also include giraffes, elephants, impalas and a huge amount of buffaloes. The lake is also home to a large number of hippos. The landscapes of Lake Manyara are something that cannot be described with words, and the game drives along the lake provide stunning photo opportunities of giraffes and buffaloes in the foreground and the lake in the background. Late Afternoon Exit the Park and head to Arusha
