- Day 1 - ArrivalYour adventure begins with a welcome meeting at 6:00pm. If you arrive early, you can take some time to explore Maun, which is often referred to as the gateway to the Okavango Delta. You can visit the sole craft brewery in town (Okavango Craft Brewery) or grab some last-minute essentials at one of the shopping centers. After the welcome meeting, we will enjoy dinner around the campfire and get to know each other better. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (one-night). All camping is done at quality-approved campsites with communal bathrooms that are cleaned daily. You have the option to stay in a lodge room or luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom for an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Dinner (excluding drinks)

- Day 2 & 3 - Elephant SandsWe will depart after an early breakfast and make our way towards Elephant Sands Private Game Reserve. Upon arrival, you will set up camp and enjoy the incredible view of elephants drinking at the waterhole only a few meters away. The following day is to relax and experience the beauty of the surrounding areas. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (two-nights). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information: Various activities available at Elephant Sands can be arranged on arrival.

- Day 4 - KasaneWe will depart after breakfast and make our way towards Kasane, the only international quadripoint in the world. Four nations, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, come together here. On arrival, you will set up camp and explore the surroundings. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (three-nights). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks).

- Day 5 - Victoria FallsAfter breakfast, we’ll depart on a day trip to visit the incredible Victoria Falls—one of the seven wonders of the world. Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information: Transport to and from Victoria Falls is provided.

- Day 6 - Chobe National ParkWe will start the day with an early morning game drive to Chobe National Park and end the day with a sunset cruise on the Chobe River (wine and cheese platter provided). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee, served after the game drive) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information: Game drive vehicles are provided, and you will be collected and returned to the campsite. Transport to the boat for the sunset cruise is also included.

- Day 7 - Mahango Game Reserve (Caprivi, Namibia)We will leave after breakfast for the Caprivi Strip in Namibia. We will be staying at the Ngepi Camp—a personal oasis with some of the best camping grounds and facilities. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (two-nights). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information: Various activities are available at the Ngepi Camp and can be arranged on arrival. A small neighboring national park can be explored during your stay if desired.

- Day 8 - Mahango Game Reserve (Caprivi, Namibia)Today is primarily set aside for you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. A late afternoon game drive will take you to explore a small neighboring national park (Mahango Game Reserve). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information Various activities are available at the Ngepi Camp and can be arranged on arrival. Game drive vehicles are provided, and you will be collected and returned to the campsite.

- Day 9 - 11 - Okavango DeltaAfter breakfast, we will make our way back into Botswana and travel south towards Etsha-6. This is a small village. Those not driving in a 4x4 vehicle will leave their vehicles at a secure parking space and be transported to the campsite (an hour's drive on thick, sandy roads). The next three nights will be spent at one of the most iconic places in the Okavango Delta. At Guma Lagoon, we will enjoy a sunset boat cruise, relax on the wooden deck that overlooks the lake. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (three-nights). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information: Various activities are available at the Guma Lagoon Camp, including boat cruises, mokoro trips, and tiger fishing.

- Day 12 - 13 - Returning to MaunAfter breakfast, we will head back to Etsha-6, collect the vehicles, and return to Maun. The evening will be dedicated to celebrating all the memories, experiences, and new friendships formed on your trip. The next morning, all will depart in various directions, with many memories to share when back at home. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (one-night). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information The road from Etsha-6 to Maun features numerous potholes. Even though the distance between these two locations is not that extensive, we will still schedule five-hours for travelling. The celebration dinner will be at a restaurant.

Getting There
Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, also known as Gaborone Airport, is the main airport in Botswana. It is located 15 km from Gaborone, the capital.
For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.
Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).
In most cases, your tour operator will collect you from the airport and will arrange all further transportation.
