After completing the services, we discovered that the bookings had originally been assigned to Hyderson Travel & Tours, which overseas travel agents confirmed had already received payment. Despite repeated requests, no payment was made to us or the drivers who completed the services. The foreign WhatsApp account later disappeared, and both parties became unreachable. We have reported the matter to the affected travel agents and are referring the case to the relevant authorities for investigation. We strongly advise all travel agencies, tour operators, transport providers, and tourism partners to exercise extreme caution and independently verify any business dealings involving Hyderson Travel & Tours, Salum Haidar Hemed, Gobalinesia Tour & Travel, or Mudassar Abdurohim before accepting bookings, making payments, or entering into any partnership.
